Hatha Yoga (re-)beginners (Level 0 - 1)
Are you a yoga beginner with no previous knowledge or little practice? Would you like to gently get back into yoga after a longer break or refine your yoga basics at a reasonable pace?
Hatha Yoga (Level 1 - 2)
Do you have practical experience in asanas, pranayamas and meditation? The Hatha sun salutation as well as slow and controlled movements in mainly static postures will further improve your strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and ability to remain calm.
Vinyasa Yoga (Level 1 - 2)
Do you have solid previous knowledge and want to practise something more challenging, dynamic and powerful? The asana sequences synchronised with your Ujjayi breathing (‘wind and wave breathing’) are guaranteed to make you sweat.
Yin Yoga (Level 0 - 2)
This focusses on intensive stretching and rest instead of exhausting yourself. It is suitable for beginners as well as those who have been practising for longer and addresses your connective tissue in the hips, pelvis and lower spine through postures that are held for a few minutes at a time.
Chair Yoga (Level 0)
For a more accessible practice and a gentle form of yoga that is performed seated or using a chair for balance. This increases flexibility, loosens tense muscles and improves balance and movement.
